Registered address questions
Is a virtual office address legally accepted as the registered seat?
Yes, provided there is a written agreement with the owner or tenant of the premises allowing the company to register its seat there. We issue that agreement as part of the service.
Can I move the registered seat later?
Yes. Changing the seat is a registration change at the court. We prepare and file it for you if you move to your own premises.
What happens to official letters from the tax administration?
They are scanned and emailed to you the day they arrive, with a plain-English summary of what is being asked and by when. With Corporate administration we also handle the reply.
Is the address shared with other companies?
