Confidential formation

Forming a company in Bosnia, discreetly

Some founders do not want competitors, employers or their wider circle to know that they are opening a company, or when. We work with discretion as standard — and tell you honestly where its legal limits are.

Our six commitments

We never name clients

No testimonials, logos, case studies or “trusted by” lists. Not on this website, not in conversations with other clients.

Confidentiality agreement

On request we sign an NDA before you send any document or tell us about the business.

Need-to-know access

Your file is handled by one coordinator and the specialists your case requires — nobody else.

Our address, not yours

The company’s registered seat and all official correspondence go to our office in Sarajevo.

Quiet timing

Nothing is announced. The company appears in the public register only when the court completes registration.

Secure documents

Documents are exchanged through a private folder, not ordinary email, and are kept only as long as the law requires.

Know what is visible

What the public register shows

Bosnian company registers are public by law. Before you decide anything, you should know exactly what a third party can find — and what nobody can.

FAQ

Discretion and the law

Can I own a Bosnian company anonymously?

No. Bosnian law requires the founders and directors to be entered in the public court register, and banks must identify the ultimate beneficial owner. We do not offer anonymity schemes or nominee arrangements that hide the real owner — they put you and the company at risk.

What lawful options reduce personal exposure?

Common options are founding the company through an existing holding company, appointing a professional director in Bosnia, and keeping all correspondence at our registered address. Which one fits depends on your situation; we discuss it in the first call.

Will anyone be told that I have opened a company?

Not by us. We do not publish, announce or confirm client relationships to anyone, unless a court or competent authority requires it by law.

Discuss your case in confidence

Your enquiry is confidential from the first message. Ask for an NDA before sharing details if you prefer.
