Who is responsible

Service providers
We use the following processors, bound by data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting
- Web3Forms — delivering contact form messages to our inbox
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with your consent
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the periods required by Bosnian accounting and anti-money-laundering law.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@companyinbosnia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Confidentiality
We never sell personal data and never publish or disclose who our clients are, unless required by law.
