Can I really open a company in Bosnia without coming?
Yes. Bosnian law allows founders to be represented by an attorney-in-fact. The company is registered, receives its tax number and stamp without your presence.
What about the bank account?
This is the one step that can require you. Some banks accept identification by video call, others ask the director to visit a branch once. We tell you in advance which bank accepts what for your nationality.
My country is not in the Apostille Convention. What then?
Then documents need full legalisation: certified by your foreign ministry and the Bosnian embassy or consulate. It takes longer; we tell you the exact route for your country.
Can I manage the company from abroad afterwards?
